Our Refund Policy
We accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please note that because our products are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at support@woodhug.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. We’ll review your request within 48 hours and provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
